Exciting career development opportunities for dynamic, entrepreneurial, experienced cloud/hosted telephony and mobile solutions sales specialists to join a well-established and fast growing B2B telecommunications company.

Experience of selling Cloud/Hosted telephony solutions, Contact Centre solutions including but not exclusively Gamma / Horizon and/or 8×8 an advantage.

As a Senior B2B Business Development Manager, you will find, qualify, and build new sales pipelines. We need someone with the persona of a hunter who enjoys the thrill of acquiring new opportunities and closing deals.

What you’ll do

  • Develop and drive new business sales opportunities and up-sell for margin enhancement.
  • Develop and execute business development plans to drive revenue and profits.
  • Overachieve sales targets.
  • Collaborate across the organisation to ensure a professional client on boarding experience.
  • Support implementation through ongoing and supportive customer contact, ensuring a smooth transition to customer success management post-implementation.

What you’ll bring

  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • 4 + years of experience with solution-based selling (Cloud/Hosted telephony, VoIP, Connectivity).
  • Consultative sales process to discover and close new sales.
  • Being results orientated.
  • A born hunter who enjoys building their pipeline.
  • Exceptional prospecting skills mixed with problem-solving.
  • Accurate and timely forecasting, acting as a business leader to build a solid, predictable, and recurring revenue.  
  • Experience building solid relationships with mid-level and senior DM’s in SME and Corporate businesses.
  • A self-starter attitude, creativity and curiosity with the focus and openness it takes to work both independently and collaboratively across the business.
